RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you experience any problems with any of our goods, please contact us by calling 07702705624 or via email at [email protected]. Should any goods you receive from us prove to be faulty, we will arrange for a replacement or refund – whichever you prefer once proof of fault is shown or given. Should you decide to return any goods which are not faulty, please ensure you r
eturn them to us within 14 days with proof of purchase via till receipt. We will arrange for a full refund of the cost of the goods, providing the items are unused, unopened and in a saleable condition. Please note (As stated on till receipts) that patterns, yarns, cut trims and cut fabrics are non-refundable.

Patterns and Books can be loaned for up to 6 weeks and an opportunity to extend. Deposit required for pattern and book loans which is fully refunded upon return by or before return date. (unless loan has been extended, then date will be extended to new return date)

Fines
Fines are charged on requested overdue books, the charge is £1 per day. The maximum fine per book is £10 (deposit). Fines are charged on requested overdue patterns, the charge is 40p per day. The maximum fine per book is £4 (deposit). If book or pattern has reached the maximum fine, you will not be allowed to loan from us in future.
