Just a quick job, as I’m not allowed to weightbear on my left leg and have to keep it raised. This is an 18” memory cushion with embroidered heart, in loving memory of a Dad .

I’ve been very quite for a while now but I’ve still been working through projects and I’ve been testing out a new pattern and I quite like the outcome of these two 13” jointed bears made with baby clothes as a present from a mother to her three children in memory of their births

This little chap is a 14” Patchwork bear with an embroidered teddy with name and birthdate on, I’ve tried to level up the panels so the bear looks equal, but these bears can be made totally patchwork style all mixed up. These are made from baby’s garments including blankets.

This weeks bear was a bit of a challenge set by a customer who has had bears and cushions from me in the past, she asked if I could make one of my bears from two bears that had been made some years ago by a friend. I had to unpick, unstuff and sort all the pieces of fabric and see which pieces I could use, I managed to use every single fabric on the bear and by joining others fitted them to fit my pattern. I reused the stuffing and added lots of my own, any fabric that was left I used in the spine. The customer supplied a scarf to fill in the areas where I needed to fill in. This bear is the end result and in loving memory of her mum, with two buttons sewn on the ears and a scarf as well as a bow. 🐻

These 14” patchwork bears have finally been finished and have now gone to their forever homes this morning. These bears are in memory of an incredibly brave lady who messaged me and I went and met her, she was in the last stages of cancer and wanted to plan these bears for her beloved grand children and husband. Each bear has an embroidered heart ( colours chosen by the customer) and also the eye colour of the loved one.

These two bears are in loving memory of a grandmother for her grandchildren, each bear loving planned, as I had the privilege of meeting her just before she passed away.
These bears are 14” patchwork bears with an embroidered heart ♥️

This is bear number two of a five bear order, this order is very special to me as this lovely lady sat down and planned her bears with me a week before she lost her five year battle with cancer, she is with me at every step of these makes. 14” patchwork bear with accents and embroidered heart ❤️.

Good evening everyone!
When we opened Hartnell house gifts we had a lots of item together. And then the memory bears took off.
Due to this we have excess stock that we need to clear.

Two weeks later than planned due to being rather unwell but here he is the first of a set of five bears and the first of 2025. These bears are in memory of a lovely lady who I actually had the pleasure of meeting, she personally chose all the fabric and gave me her ideas for each bear, unfortunately she passed a week after our meeting. These bears are for all her grandchildren and one will be for her husband.
