🍓🤍 WHITE CHOCOLATE & RASPBERRY DEEP-DISH COOKIES 🤍🍓

Freshly baked this morning! 😍

These gorgeous deep-dish cookies came about after I had a little overbake in the mixture — so rather than waste it, I turned it into something even better! 🙌🏼

Packed with white chocolate and raspberry, finished with a delicious white chocolate drizzle. 🤤

Sometimes the best treats come from a happy little baking accident! 😂🍪

5:30am on a Sunday… 😴

Can only mean one thing… a wedding cake is due tomorrow! 💍🎂

The boys are still fast asleep, so I’m trying to creep around the kitchen and make as little noise as possible. 🤫😂

Energy drink at the ready, apron on and we’re getting started!

I can’t show you too much yet, but this one is going to be a good one! 👀🤍

Now to see if I can get this done without waking the boys… 😂
