🚨 WE ARE BACK! 🚨
After stepping away from the grid to focus on hosting our local brick event, we are officially returning to our favorite place: right here with you! 🧱✨
We’ve had so much fun meeting everyone at recent events and bootfairs, but we noticed a few questions popping up over and over again. So, we figured we’d do a quick, fun Q&A to lay it all out there!
💸 1. Why on earth is your stock so cheap?!
The Short Answer: Because we refuse to play the markup game.
The Long Answer: We try to price our stock right at—or even slightly below—true market value. We don't jack up prices just because we’re at a live event, and we definitely don't charge a "scarcity tax" just because an item is hard to find in the UK. If a Minifigure is valued at £35 on global averages, that's what you'll pay here. No arbitrary markups, and absolutely no 'shipping cost' markups when you're buying from us in person. We understand sellers have to make their money but .... Not here We believe in a fair market , We base everything on honest BrickLink averages to give you the best deal on the planet. And we will always re check prices every week and if you request to see if we can give you a better deal !
🕰️ 2. Do you do this full-time?
The Short Answer: We wish! 😂
The Long Answer: This is a pure passion project for us. We both work demanding full-time day jobs and pour every single drop of our spare time into building brickhub. Is it exhausting? Absolutely. But we have a massive dream: to one day open our very own physical, pre-loved Lego store! 🏪 Every purchase you make gets us a little bit closer to making that a reality.
♻️ 3. Where do you get all this Lego?
The Short Answer: Think of us as a rescue shelter for bricks. 🏪🐾
The Long Answer: We buy bulk lots of pre-loved Lego that kids have outgrown and give them a second lease on life. Once a batch arrives, we meticulously clean it, quality-check every piece, and try to rebuild the original sets wherever possible. If a set can't be fully rescued, we part it out for our online BrickLink store, load up our "Build-Your-Own Minifigure" stations, or hoard the ultra-rare parts for special occasions.
