Faster delivery on orders.
We are a very small family run business and within the last few weeks we have had, on several occasions, incidents where couriers (across the board and not just one) have either not collected, not processed or sent parcels to the wrong initial depot.
Whilst we understand how disappointing this is, particularly if the order is needed urgently for a wedding or event, clients are turning their anger and frustration to us and we will not tolerate the abuse that we are given for something that we cannot control.
WE ARE NOT the courier. No courier will accept responsibility for any delays and although they advertise that they will deliver by certain times, in their small print, they also so say that the will not guarantee a delivery. The most they will give back is the difference in cost between services.
If you need an order urgently, we are happy to make it and send it but should there be any delays. We will not be accepting responsibility nor accepting abuse from customers.
If this continues we will stop offering the option for faster delivery service.
When you place your order late or last minute please be aware that there is a small chance that it still may not arrive on time.
