I can’t go a week without a rant now, can I? 😂🐼
Apparently we have started to become famous for them, so here goes...
“Even if someone’s berating your company, that’s a really immature response from a business.”
Just had this message come through.
Why do people love getting involved? Are people just sat at home looking for internet drama? Do they have nothing better to do? Do they get a cheap thrill from being cyber brave and sticking their nose in where it is not needed or wanted?
For what it is worth, we reply to all comments, good, bad or indifferent.
We believe we do it professionally and politely.
Sometimes we agree.
Sometimes we listen.
Sometimes we learn.
Sometimes we hold our hands up.
Sometimes we defend ourselves.
And we are more than entitled to do that.
Should we just ignore customers like many online retailers do?
Should we just tolerate abuse?
Should we pretend there are not real people behind this business working all hours to build something genuine?
No chance.
This Panda will always be honest, transparent and real.
We will always be respectful, we will always try to be polite, and we will always admit when we are wrong.
But immature?
We think not.
