Botanical Cleansing Soufflé 🍃

This one I LOVE to use on my face and I will tell you why!

Charcoal - this ingredient is just so beautiful and detoxifying. It helps cleanse, minimise pores and is like a super ingredient for helping acne prone skin.

H**p - our organic, virgin, cold pressed h**p oil is out of this world. Not only is it rich in fatty acids like alpha linolenic acid which helps protect the skin and improve hydration, but its suitable for all skin types including oily skin and acne prone skin!

Lemongrass - one of my fave essential oils. It cleanses the skin deeply, helps fight acne bacteria and controls excess oil with oily prone skin. It also helps soothe red skin and offers a fresh awakening scent.

This evening our girls were thoroughly pampered at , leaving with beautiful new haircuts and even bigger smiles. 💇‍♀️✨

As bittersweet as it is watching them grow up, it's such an important reminder that growing up also means learning to make their own decisions. Something as simple as choosing their hairstyle is a chance for them to express themselves, build confidence, and feel empowered. With just a little guidance from me, and the wonderful ladies at the salon sharing their expertise on keeping their hair healthy, they were able to make choices that felt right for them.

Moments like these are about so much more than a haircut—they're about raising strong, confident young women who know their voice matters.

It also gave me the perfect excuse to admire the products I dropped off last week after accidentally turning up on the wrong day because I thought it was the girls' appointment! 🤣 At least they looked right at home in the salon this time!

One thing that's incredibly important to me is showing my daughters the power of women supporting women in business. Seeing talented, hardworking women building successful businesses, cheering each other on, and creating welcoming spaces is exactly the example I want to set for my girls. I want them to grow up knowing they can be anything they choose to be, and that lifting other women up only makes us all stronger.

Thank you to the amazing team at Sophie Hills Hairdressing for not only making the girls feel so special but for being such wonderful role models too. ❤️
