Spin-The-Wheel: Please Read
Product allocation for 30th anniversary was always going to be difficult, and stores up-and-down the country have made it clear that nobody has received enough to meet the expected, and even beyond-expected, demand.
Because of this, we specifically decided to do a silent, in-store on-request only spin the wheel style allocation for this release, and all future waves of 30th product.
We have received a lot of mixed feedback on this- some are completely understanding, some are incredibly pleased, and some are less understanding and very unhappy.
Unfortunately, there was never a way to make _everyone_ happy, so we went with what we have always done; players and regular customers are first priority.
It’s not a secret that we are a growing store, and while we love and appreciate every customer who shops with us, there is a community here that really do keep our doors open and our staff paid every day of the year. Those who come and use our store are the reason we can receive product, so for us it feels right that these customers are the ones who have priority access to products as scarce as 30th Celebrations.
We realise that not everybody can make it in store all the time, and we have received some great feedback that will be considered for future releases, however this is the way it has been done, and we hope that you can understand why we chose to do it this way.
