Yesterday whilst working at Fifty Crates of Crafts - Bude
I had the pleasure of meeting many lovely dogs but this handsome chap caught my eye, wearing his Cornish Tartan bandana! When I commented his owners said they bought it from this shop so I had to tell them it was made by my own fair hands! Apparently Jasper also has a long tie and bow tie, and they have keyrings, labels on their luggage and bunting all round their kitchen! I was so pleased I'd met them and we had a lovely chat and it was a real pleasure to meet Jasper, what a fabulous model he makes 😊

Sorry for the absence, the last few days have been crazy! Today I am working in the fabulous where I am having a wonderful time chatting to customers, whilst enjoying the cool fan and chillout music! 😌

Ok, so this one is a little bit naughty really (1. language, 2. vandalism) but this is very funny 😄

So, a while back the word Marhamchurch disappeared off the sign and it was just left blank pointing to nowhere! And then this appeared.... 🤣🤣

I keep driving past it and today I decided it would be my snapshot. Hope it gives you a giggle too 🤭

My home smells amazing! Everyone needs a box of lavender to sniff when they feels stressed.. or a lavender sachet 😄

I have been overwhelmed by local generosity of lovely people offering/bringing me their lavender (only when the 🐝 🐝 have finished with it of course!) so there should no shortage of sachets this year 😊 none of the lavender goes to waste.... I hang it, dry it, strip it and then the stalks go into the compost bin for all the worms and little critters to enjoy 😋

Sometimes it's just the little things in life 🥰 today I met a friend to deliver her lovely Vanessa's Ventures Forever goodies, and after a delicious coffee and cake at Willow Tree Cafe & Woodland Walk we went for a walk. We spotted some delicious blackberries, are they super early this year? My daughter loved them and kept demanding more! Who am I to refuse? Out in the sun, in the peacefulness of nature eating blackberries was just an absolute joy 😊

Taking the bus to this week's Small Business Coffee and Catch Up at The Jazz Kitchen in Bude this morning. I haven't had chance to have breakfast yet so looking forward to a nice coffee, something to eat, and joining some lovely company for the Q&A with Robert Lever - Pensions for the Self-employed today! 😁

On Friday I had the pleasure of meeting young Diesel, a gorgeous 5 month old blue merle collie, and his lovely mum Sophie. They had a stall next to me and he was such a good boy sitting with us.
Sophie bought him one of my tie-up bandanas in the Cornish Hunting Tartan, and it really does suit him. Such a handsome boy! Sophie lives on the edge of Bodmin Moor and makes lovely jewellery inspired by the Cornish countryside and sea. You can find her page Soltide on Instagram 😊
