Stirling And Clackmannan District Model Railway Club We are group of model railway enthusiasts based just outside Stirling in well equipped and spacious club rooms catering for OO, O, N and HO gauges.

We aim to be an ever improving and active model railway club. Always improving but small enough to be open and friendly to new starters in the hobby. We visit 10-12 shows a year with our layouts and are always keen to recruit new members. We have load of layouts. Elliott Bridge OO, Tullygarth OO, Harviestoun O gauge. Sherrifyards N Gauge , Forthside 00 Lansfield Mountain H0 and iron & steel 00

With great sadness we share the passing of one of our long standing members Iain Arnot thoughts and prayers to his family

Funeral intimation at the request of his loving family:

Iain Arnot

Peacefully at Strathcarron Hospice on 25th July 2026, aged 81 years.

Beloved husband of the late Rosemary, loving dad of Louise and Fiona and father in law of Duncan. An adored grandad of Ailsa and Fergus. A much missed brother of Kate.

A service of celebration for Iain’s life will take place at Falkirk Crematorium on Thursday 6th August at 2.30pm, to which all family and friends are respectfully invited.
