👋 Morning! I hope you've been making the most of summer, in whatever form of adventure that is.
I've still got a hole in my side from surgery a few weeks back. Whilst it's less of a void than it was, it's still not healed enough for me to be able to risk getting back on the bike, and won't be for another few weeks yet. It's a bit frustrating as I've got the oomph to be active again, but I don't fancy undoing three weeks worth of healing. Anyway! Once it's all done and dusted, I'll put on some rides at the weekends 👍

That’s a wrap for the summer sessions! ☀️ It’s been a blast, lots of great riding and an absolute pleasure watching how everyone has progressed over the last three years! I’m taking a week off now to spend some time with the family and catch up on all the Big Sky jobs. I will see you all again in October. Watch this space for updates and keep an eye on the emails.

It was the last the Advanced Rider session for the summer and I had an awesome time keeping up with this crew! As always, the trails at Contin providing the perfect terrain to progress everyone’s riding. 👌

What a week! I’m home now and the bruises are blooming nicely. We had some rain and thunderstorms with a day of sliding around at the Pleney! Mostly the sun was out and the trails were dry and dusty. I could have done with another week as I was just beginning to get to grips with the big DH rig, and I can’t wait to get back out there. Thanks to for his coaching and for getting and I down some of the steeper trails! Luckily we had on hand in the evening to patch everyone up! 😅 🏥 doing his best to destroy both bikes and his body 👀😆 was getting some air and Rosh was flying down the trails! Great catching the craic with Hunter, JJ and Fiona too. All the young lads were doing their best to put up with old man chat. 😬

More kids’ Easter sessions 🌲 with our Beginner, Junior and Intermediate Riders. It was a cold start, but the sun was out and it ended up being a warm and pleasant day. ❄️+☀️

The intermediate session over at Learnie is all about flowy trails and pushing those fundamental skills that bit further. The fresh trail sections courtesy of made our work in pumping and finding speed even more successful!
