Absolutely gutted Royal Mail by the state of my parcel. No Note, no email nothing! I only knew my parcel was behind the gate when Craft Buddy kindly emailed me, checking if I had received their donation to my charity Craft Bags of Love. I normally message them to say thank you and they thought it was strange I hadn't. This is the state of my parcel apparently delivered on the 28th January, I only found it today, 5th February. I could not even lift the box it just fell appart. I had to decant it all in the rain, take everything out of the boxes as I can't give them to cancer patients like that. Luckily lots in plastic but still water got through and damaged the kits too. All the paper instructions are soaked. Craft Buddy have very kindly said they will try and send me some more but really they should not have too at their cost. They are amazing supporters of my charity and I am gutted for them too. All you had to do was pop a note in my post box and it would have saved this donation!!

Hi, I’m Sonia Leigh. During my treatment for a rare cancer at Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham, crafting became my lifeline. It helped with mindfulness and lifted my spirits when I felt alone.
Now I’m giving back by making Craft Bags of Love – filled with small, mindful craft kits for cancer patients on the wards. So far, I’ve donated 377 bags!

I delivered 20 Craft Bags of Love to The Children’s Cancer Ward and 27 bags to the Adult Cancer Ward at The Royal Stoke Hospital today. This is thanks to all your amazing donations, likes and shares for my charity. I am so grateful for all your support to make this happen. Merry Christmas everyone. Xx

I have delivered 20 Craft Bags of Love to The Princess Royal Hospital, Telford today. I also gave a trolley full of crafting items to help the play assistants entertain the patients.
Thank you, to all my followers for supporting me to help make these bags and to Dunelm Telford for putting my charity on their Delivering Joy Christmas Tree in store. Their customers have been so generous. I am so grateful to you all. Xx
