What a weekend! 💙

From waterfalls to rivers, it’s been filled with beautiful cold-water adventures and plenty of gorgeous wild swimming vibes 🌿

And this week is shaping up to be just as special. We’re looking forward to our favourite Yoga, Swim & Sauna event on Saturday — the perfect combination of movement, cold water and warmth 🧘‍♀️💦🔥 with Personal Best and Sauna Ostara

Then on Sunday, our next KG Social is taking us to Loch Insh Outdoor Centre for some Jungle Float antics, sauna time, wild swimming and a delicious Sunday Roast with the most epic Cairngorm backdrop! 🍽️

We really have had a weekend full of treats 🥹✨

Today marked our very first River & Roast event — and what a way to begin! We took a dip in the most beautiful spot on the River Findhorn before indulging in a delicious Sunday Roast at the award-winning Bandstand in Nairn 🩵

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and made our first event so special. And, of course, a big thank you to the wonderful team at The Bandstand for looking after us so well and for the absolutely delicious food 💕

Safe to say, we’ve had quite the weekend… what a treat! ✨

What an unforgettable Saturday! From taking in the breathtaking beauty of the waterfall and soaking up the incredible atmosphere, to ending the experience with a beautiful cheese board and w**e at Grapemonger Nairn — it really was a day to remember 🥂🧀

Saturdays don’t get much better than this, and there’s certainly no better group to share these experiences with 💕

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us today. We hope you had as much fun as we did and enjoyed every moment of the experience 🥹💙

Are you booked onto our Waterfall & W**e event tomorrow? We’re looking forward to welcoming you! 🌿🍷

Everything is ready to go:

🌿 Goody bags — delivered
🌿 Kit — packed
🌿 Orders — prepped

A few important reminders for tomorrow:

✨ Please meet at Nairn Bus Station at 1.20pm for a 1.30pm departure. Car sharing is encouraged where possible

✨ If you’re meeting us at the location, please aim to arrive at the parking area for 2.00pm

✨ Please ensure all your kit is packed into a rucksack and wear suitable footwear with good grip

✨ Tow floats are essential — please make sure you bring yours

✨ Our reservation at The Grapemonger is at 4.00pm 🍷 🧀
