A Farewell from Ty Crefft…..
It is with very heavy hearts that we announce that Ty Crefft will be closing its doors on 29th August 2026.
We apologise for the short notice but this decision has not been taken lightly. Over the past few years, life has changed for our family, and after much thought, we have decided that now is the right time to close this chapter.
Vicky is increasingly busy helping on the family farm, Ann’s health isn’t what it once was, and with fewer people available to help us cover shifts in the shop, it has become increasingly difficult to continue. Most importantly, we want to spend more time together as a family.
While we are incredibly sad to be saying goodbye, we are excited to see what the future might hold for the shop. There is an opportunity for someone to take over Ty Crefft as it currently stands, or alternatively, the empty unit will be available to rent from 1st October. We would love to see this wonderful space continue to be part of Narberth’s thriving high street.
We would like to say a huge and heartfelt thank you to all of the incredibly talented artists and crafters who have been part of Ty Crefft over the years. Your creativity, passion and trust have made the shop what it is, and it has been an absolute privilege to showcase your work.
A very special thank you also goes to James, Mark, Jo, Sharon, Anne, Lisa, Steph, Jeni and Georgina. Your help, support and friendship over the years have meant more than words can say.
And finally, to our neighbours, fellow businesses and the amazing community of Narberth – thank you. You’ve been the very best. We’ve always felt so privileged to be part of this wonderful town, and the kindness and support you’ve shown us has meant the world.
In the meantime it’s business as usual and we’ll be making the most of our final days, so please do pop in and say hello if you’re passing. We’d love to see you.
We are incredibly sad to be closing this chapter, but so grateful for all the memories, friendships, and support we’ve had along the way.
