Eeeek emotions are messy and overwhelming aren’t they!!?

It is balancing act of feeling emotions… understanding them and what or why they are there and then deciding if we need to act with them or choose another path…

All rather tiring! And understanding all this is sometimes clearer on some days than others!

Currently attempting to rise above fear and anxiety…. My whole heart says that moving to bigger premises is the path I need to take… yet… there is A LOT of emotion to rise above to keep going!
