I recently had a request for a simple crossbody bag, with different coloured zips and lining so my customer didn’t lose her keys all the time. Also, a long adjustable strap.

I thought this bag fulfilled all requirements.

…All she has to do now is remember which pocket, red zip/patterned lining or purple zip/plain lining 🤔🤣

I didn’t photograph with the strap as I forgot to take that shot before giving it to my, hopefully, pleased customer.

Do you have trouble locating your keys?
My husband thinks I should design a bag with a zip at the bottom because anything I need is always at the bottom! 🤷‍♀️

Have you ever lost your MoJo?

I have been off the radar for some time, I seem to have mislaid my sewing MoJo 🤷‍♀️

I looked high and low for it but eventually had to accept it had gone 😒

Then, as so often happens when you lose something, when I stopped searching, there it was!

It’s back!!!!! 😆

To celebrate I went straight into my sewing room and made myself this cute little 2 sided bag. The perfect size for my iPhone, tissues, lipstick and car keys, everything I need for a night out.

After a a lovely trip to Crete and the gloriously hot weather it offers, BANG I’m back in the UK and all IT has to offer! ☔️ ⛈️ 💨 ⚡️ 🤣

My return project was this stunning Itsy Bitsy Bowler crossbody bag. It will accompany red shoes and a black calf length dress with red flowers, perfect! 😍

A lovely size for all occasions although this one will be attending a wedding and will therefore be carrying plenty of tissues for happy 🥲 😂

I love a an eye catching panel on a bag!

I have Goofy Dogs, Alice in Wonderland fantasy tea party, mono and red roses, gothic female unless you can think of better description 😂 and daisy and dragonflies (not shown).

It’s amazing how we all differ in our choice of designs!
I personally don’t have a style, I just like what I like. One thing does matter though…

…Coulour, it must match/compliment what I’m wearing.

I always aim to please and this was no exception!
I was in conversation with a lovely lady who asked for a bag with ‘mushrooms’ as a theme.

After many texts back and forth we decided it might be a good idea if she came over and we discussed it face to face in my sewing room.

I am not guilty!! We went through my fabrics and SHE chose the perfect one for her, the strangest looking mushrooms I’ve ever seen 😂

That’s how it works 🤷‍♀️. Simple the decisions are all yours 😊

Another Sassy Leopard! This one has 2 external pockets and one internal as required by Jane my lovely customer.

Bags are so versatile but one thing to remember the more pockets you have the easier to forget where you put your keys 😂 and also the heavier your bag is if you are inclined to fill them 🏋️‍♀️

I have just finished this ‘Divina’ handbag with shoulder straps and adjustable crossbody strap. Made to use as my airport bag when we go on our hols. It’s the perfect size to fit all my necessities in and bits and bobs to keep me occupied.

I’m like a child, so excited to be going hollies!! 🏝️ 😎 🍹

I was asked to custom make a crossbody bag with 1 external zipped pocket and 1 internal zipped pocket.
The brief was ‘crossbody strap, black with skulls and matching purse ’. After much communication going back and forth, it’s important to me that my customers have as much input as possible, this was the end result.

The purse is in production but set back with me being poorly, just a cold 🤧 but enough to send me to my bed 🛌. Hopefully I will be back sewing soon as I have a brilliant husband who has been amazing looking after me!

So this is the bag, I hope she likes it. I will post the duo when I have completed the set.

This lovely Itsy Bitsy Bowler Bag with its two zipped compartments has aubergine contrast with floral front/back panels.

This was a custom order and will be sending its way to its new owner very soon.
