We recently visited Woodshed Workshop in Sacriston to learn a bit about what they do and how we can work with them.

They provide woodworking training, practical skills and tailored support for people of all ages, helping those facing barriers to education or employment build confidence, gain experience and learn new skills. Alongside this, they create handcrafted furniture and pieces using reclaimed and sustainably sourced timber, with all profits going back into supporting their work.

You’ll now be able to find a selection of their handcrafted pieces in our Durham store.
