Morning folks. Still no spare eggs at the moment I’m afraid. We’re giving the chickens and ducks new homes (here on the smallholding, we’re not selling them) so once they’re settled in to that I hope to have a few more spare.

The chicken eggs are selling thick and fast on the stall. We’ve lots of duck eggs left, I encourage you to try them if you haven’t. I’ve also stocked up with beautiful stalks of rhubarb this morning. Perfect for Spring recipes. I made stewed rhubarb yesterday for the Winter Pantry.
