Yep, at it again in the kitchen!! Dandelion flower syrup, ideal for salad dressing, pouring over pancakes or waffles....
etc..again, another lovely blend of nature with Hebridean colours 😊

A break from the makes today. In the kitchen making dandelion and toasted pumpkin seed pesto. Funny how even the Hebridean weeds tone with the beautiful Harris Wool 😀

What a fabulous start to the season here in Stornoway at the Craft Market! Meeting up with fellow crafters, bumping into friends who’d popped up from down in Harris, and meeting international visitors. Busy now making items to replace the many sales from today! Looking forward to repeat it all tomorrow! 😊
