Feels good to be crocheting again 🥰 I’ve missed being creative and I love Christmas 😍 my daughter is absolutely loving it this year, so it’s nice to bring that Christmas magic in our household. Hopefully there’ll be more crochet from now on ❤️❤️❤️

Hey 👋 it’s been a while, so thought I would say hello. Since my daughter arrived (over 2.5 years ago) I haven’t been able to crochet as much as I used to, I also have a day job 4 days a week. With this in mind, Hook, Line & Sew will not be selling anything but I will keep as a hobby for now. Hopefully in the future I will return to selling items. So for now you will just see adhoc posts of me and my family and hopefully with some crafty things too. Thank you all ☺️☺️☺️☺️

Hello 👋 it’s been a while since I’ve done a post (well a very long time) but since my daughter was born my time was consumed with her and managing my diabetes. I’m slowly adding in a bit of crochet time and this is my latest creation. My first go at flowers 🌷 I love flowers especially pink roses, not bad for a first attempt and will definitely do some more. Might have a go at some poinsettia’s for Christmas.

Next up in my store is this crocheted ghost trick or treat basket. I’ve enjoyed making these baskets so may make some Christmas ones.

Maybe some Christmas Eve baskets might be a good idea? Do you open any pressies on Christmas Eve or do you wait for the big day?

🦒 The giraffe basket is my favourite one and is also my daughter’s favourite too. When we look at the baskets in her room the giraffe is the one she always touches and holds on to its ears.

That’s the good thing about the recycled t-shirt yarn. It’s firm enough to crochet a basket but kind enough on the hands for Layla to touch.

👋 Hello 👋
How are you all? I’m still in my little bubble with Layla, can’t believe she’s almost 5 months old.

So that’s the main reason why I haven’t posted much lately but Ive finished these baskets for her room, what do you think to them? I used recycled t-shirt yarn for the main structure of them.

I’m planning on writing up the pattern for these over the next couple of weeks so let me know if you’d like to be a pattern tester by messaging me privately or in the comments below 👇
