Northwood Car Boot Sales by Newport Carnival

Our next Northwood Car Boot Sales take place on Sunday 11th October and Sunday 18th October, weather permitting.

As the mornings are staying darker for longer, we have taken the decision to delay our set-up and opening times by 30 minutes for both dates.

This will allow the sun to be rising before selling begins, providing better visibility for everyone walking around the showground field and helping to make the morning safer for sellers and buyers.

The new times are:

SELLERS
Set-up from 7:00am
Pitches £5 for up to 10m wide
Set-up must be completed by 8:15am

BUYERS
Parking from 8:00am
Gates open 8:30am
Suggested donation £1 per person

Please remember that you must not queue on the main road before the opening time or wait in the Tank Museum entrance.

Everything else remains exactly as usual.

We appreciate your understanding as we make this small change for the darker mornings.

The weather forecast has improved, so we’ve decided to go ahead with tomorrow’s Boat Jumble & Car Boot Sale! 🚗⛵️

We’d advise bringing a waterproof covering for your items should we have a passing shower

We’re looking forward to seeing you all tomorrow morning! 😊❤️

Unfortunately we have no hot food refreshments available onsite tomorrow due to other commitments from our usual vendors

We’re on the hunt for a burger van/catering trailer to join us at our next Northwood Car Boot & Boat Jumble Sale on Sunday 13th September.

Our regular catering supporters are unfortunately otherwise engaged, so we’re looking for someone who can step in and keep our hungry buyers and sellers fed!
