Highlands are one of the oldest and hardiest native British breeds — known for their long, shaggy coats, gentle nature, and those iconic sweeping horns. They’re wonderfully photogenic, but also incredibly resilient animals who thrive outdoors all year round.

Our own home‑reared steaks have spent over 30 days maturing in our Himalayan salt cabinet, slowly developing that rich, buttery depth only true dry‑ageing can create.
