Sometimes it’s easy to see the finished result and not the years of hard work that came before it.

Today I joined the queue outside Jarrolds Norwich to attend their members event, but I was especially excited to see something else... the brand-new We Three Bears Personalisation Studio.

I first met Jess and Paul 3 years ago, when they visited my very first Attleborough Christmas Market. They bought some melts and a candle from us, and it was that moment where it began… where supporting a small local business grew into friendship, mutual support and years of cheering each other on.

Since then, I’ve had the privilege of watching We Three Bears continue to grow, whilst still supporting so many other local businesses along the way.

We Three Bears stock our Santosha Company products in their beautiful Attleborough store, something I’ll always be incredibly grateful for 🥹

But, walking into Jarrolds and seeing their stunning new space felt like a real pinch-me moment. Not because it’s inside one of Norfolk’s most iconic stores, but because I know how much passion, determination and hard work sits behind that counter.

Watching Jess personalise this wallet for a Christmas gift I’d purchased, was a beautiful reminder that every personalised piece tells a story, and every successful small business started with somebody brave enough to follow a dream.

Jess and Paul, we are so proud of everything you’ve achieved. Thank you for supporting local businesses, championing your community and showing what’s possible when passion meets perseverance.

Our new personalisation studio inside Jarrolds will be opening shortly and we're looking for some extra staff.

Part Time & Full Time positions available.

You will be based at our new studio inside of Jarrolds at the heart of the city so you must be able to travel to Norwich.

You will be personalising lots of different products using our embroidery, embossing and engraving machines, whilst also being customer facing taking orders and advising on the best way to personalise each gift.

What a day… 🧡

A massive shoutout to all my wonderful customers and the fabulous Attleborough Woof Fest team — you made yesterday an absolute blast.

We had so many returning customers, new supporters, friends popping by, and of course all the adorable dogs living their best lives. The gorgeous comments, the laughter, the chats, the “ooo what’s that scent?” moments… honestly, my heart is full.

✨ Autumn Falls totally stole the show — easily our top seller.
🧁 And our brand‑new Mini Melts? You snapped them up so quickly we were this close to selling out!
