Been working on this new recipe for a while now. But I'm just getting to the stage where I'm super excited. Getting the wow flavour without packing it with loads of sugar and salt is not easy. There's a lot more experimenting and you can't always be sure you'll get there.
I've usually got a few ideas bubbling along. Not all of them make it... but this one most definitely is!
It's only taken me about 9 months!!

Finally! 😃
After 2 years of making plans plus a 1-year building project.... I can't quite believe that the time has arrived to move into the Pod. It feels quite surreal.
I've spent a week scrubbing the building dust off every surface.

I'm soooo looking forward to developing lots of new recipes and sharing them with my fabulous customers.
