Beanz is a chunky little 10 inch seated bear. He reckons he's called Beanz because he has 'paw beans' but we think it's probably because he has a tendency to...ahem...break wind...every time he moves. It doesn't get much more autumnal than this. Here's Little Bob, a couple of years back, doing his most favourite thing, second only to chomping on a nice flump or three. Collecting leaves. Well, collecting anything nature related really but he loves autumn leaves. He used to think the trees were dying until I told him they were just resting, waiting for spring. Now he goes up to them and has a little chat whilst gently patting their bark.

I love this photo of Nelson. This was taken around 4 years ago when I first decided to try knitting little jumpers. Armed with a small bag of random wool scraps and knitting needles from a charity shop I embarked on my venture. This was the first one I got right, I remember I was so pleased with it. Juniper here has just retired from his job as a cheese miner in the Cheddar caves. He loves a bit of cheese. Seeing him troughing his way through a whole block is a sight to behold. Talk about Cheddar Gorge. Little Bob gave him his scarf as a thank you for helping him hide the last of his flumps in the bilge, Juniper being used to being in the dark, underground...

The shop is open, pop over to see who's waiting with Edwin here for a new home. Edwin is a rather rotund Forever Friends bear. Got himself into a spot of bother at his last workplace. It was his job to put the bubbles in Aero bars by way of blowing down a large straw into the liquid chocolate. Unfortunately he was doing more sucking than blowing so was asked to leave.

The waitee's have clubbed together and bought Nelson a present to say thank you for his hospitality. HIS hospitality? Who trekked up and down the towpath carrying industrial sized packets of French Fancies? Who kept the kettle hot and made copious amounts of tea and hot chocolate? Not to mention the marshmallow crisis...
