🦪🦪 WHAT A WEEK 🦪🦪
Firstly we celebrated the confirmation of our oysters being in Grade A waters for another year! There’s always flesh samples and water samples being tested! 🌊🦪🥳. . . Followed by a weeks grading 💪🏻🦪

It’s been intense to say the least - but we made it!!! 💪🏻💪🏻
That’s grading done and dusted for this time! Lots of improvements on site - none of which we have photos of! In fact we only ever remember to take photos after it’s all done! 🤦🏻‍♀️ I think when we’re in the zone it’s all about beating the tides and getting everything done efficiently! Our newest Orkney Oysters team member Théo made an appearance this time too - but again there’s no photographic evidence! We’re always very thankful to our supportive family - who help out on many ways and look after the kids when they get fed up of being in the shed for a week! As well as our other friends that willingly help out when they get that dreaded shout! 😂 Teamwork makes the dream work! Thanks guys!!
We always like to see who finds the biggest one too!!
Wul try harder to document the process again next time! Meanwhile we will just be thankful it’s done for now while our body’s slowly recover! 🥱🤕😴
