I'm so happy with how this bag came together - a mix of classic Harris Tweed and a fun cat lining.

This one is such a clever pattern with an integrated internal pouch so you can have the look of a bucket bag but with a little added security. There's also an inside pocket and a flap with a twist lock to make it even more secure.

Happy September everyone and here's hoping for good month. Things picked up a bit in August and I seem to be getting a bit more traffic coming into my Etsy shop which is encouraging, and I hit 700 sales which I 'm delighted about✨

I haven't been as active in the sewing room, what with the heat and other things going on, but I have been focusing on the smaller items and am going to try a new tactic. Generally, the things I make are one-offs and once sold, rarely repeated. That however is a lot of effort with the photography, video and listing. So, for the smaller things such as card and coin purses, key fobs, glasses cases etc, I'm going to be batch making, or at least make sure I have enough fabric to replenish stock once it sells. That way, I don't have to spend time with the fluff and have more time for sewing! I'm also hoping that the Etsy algorithm likes it too as I think it favours repetition😆

My larger bags however, are likely to still be one of a kind, and I have something new in my head which I may start tomorrow💜🐈‍⬛
