We were seriously craving some of our Suya spring rolls this evening so thought we'd give a little sneak peak at them, since they'll be on the menu for the 24th May 😎

At Kay's Cookhouse, in addition to introducing you to traditional Nigerian foods like efo riro, jollof rice, egusi, goat stew and much more, we also like to mix it up a bit. With every Supper Club we like to include some more fusion type dishes, inspired by Nigerian flavours but with a twist.

Some favourites include Nigerian Guinness Glazed wings, supermalt lamb chops, Suya beef and chicken spring rolls and zobo cheesecake. On occasion you might even see some dishes from countries on the other side of the continent, like South African peppermint crisp tart. We have so many plans for new dishes to introduce and can't wait for you to try them!

I just want to say a massive THANK YOU to everyone who joined us for the Flavours of Nigeria Christmas Buffet on Friday 5th December! 🎄✨

Your presence truly made the evening unforgettable. Thank you for attending, for enjoying the dishes we prepared, and for embracing the festive spirit with so much warmth and joy. Seeing everyone eating, laughing, connecting, and being merry is exactly what makes hosting these events so special.

A very special mention goes to my mum and sister, I was truly blessed and deeply happy to have them there. Having them by my side and sharing in the joy of the evening meant so much to me. Their support, love, and presence made the night even more meaningful. ❤️
