Jai Dev Singh offering a free eclipse yoga session 👍🧘🥰🔥🌀🌊⚡️
Tomorrow's Solar Eclipse is a powerful one, and it's taking place in Sidereal Cancer, in the lunar mansion of Ashlesha 🐍
Eclipses are catalysts. They accelerate change. Whatever you've been carrying rises up with them, in the body, in the mind, in the emotions. Structures loosen, and you can suddenly see more clearly what's ready to shift.
The symbol of Ashlesha is a coiled serpent. Its energy is watery, sensitive, and deeply intuitive. This is the mansion of the hidden parts of us, the patterns beneath the surface that quietly run our lives. It's the territory of real inner change, where an old layer can be shed like a skin. The tendencies we've carried a whole life, the ones that keep circling back and causing the same small miseries, can be met here and transformed.
But eclipse energy cuts both ways. The mind gets more charged. The overthinking, the self-doubt, that low-grade anxiety that runs its narrative on a loop, all of it picks up momentum and can carry you off.
There's an old instruction I love for exactly this kind of time: allow everything, follow nothing.
Let the feelings come, but don't chase the stories they provoke.
This is what Kriya practice is so good at. It tunes the instrument—the mind, the body, the subtle energy—and draws you into harmony.
Tomorrow morning, during the peak of the Solar Eclipse, I'm hosting a free Solar Eclipse Activation.
I'll lead you through breath and movement to build your energy and open the body, then a meditation to cut through the overthinking and help you use this eclipse as a moment of real transformation. The whole thing takes about an hour.

It streams live at 10:00 am PT, open globally. You can do this from your own living room and drop just as deep. Whether you've practiced for years or you're just curious, I think you'll get a lot out of it.
Can't make it live? Register anyway and we'll send you the on-demand replay that you can stream right after the live broadcast ends.
I'll see you tomorrow 🌎🌑☀️
