Morning everyone. This is a difficult post that I hoped I wouldn't have to make 😔 But I've decided to close "A Novel Idea" and stop making my advent calendars.

It's been less successful than I had hoped and very much just a seasonal Christmas product. A time of year that is exceptionally busy for me and my husband now he has started running his own business.

I have a huge amount of books left, suitable for all ages. So if you would like any (maybe this has inspired you to do your own calendar this year) please get in touch and let me know.

Thank you for your custom over the last couple of years. I have really enjoyed creating unique presents and seeing lots of smiles as a result 🎁📚

Hi Everyone 👋 I know I'm quite late to the party with Christmas this year, but with good reason. I'm having surgery in couple of weeks, so unfortunately as I'll be recovering, I won't be able to concentrate on A Novel Idea this festive season 😢

I do have the capacity to do a very small number of advent calendars. If you're interested please get in touch ASAP and I'll meet requests on a first come, first served basis.

Hi everyone 👋

Unfortunately my holiday and Birthday options have not been as popular as I would have liked, so I have taken the decision to make A Novel Idea a seasonal business, producing my Christmas advent calendars and gift packages. 🌲🎅🎁⛄

I will post to keep you updated on things later in the year, as I hope to do several local markets.
