My festive collections had their first outing last night! Hot favourites were the glorious smelling mango brûlée hand cream & the pebble patisserie! Lift the lid off that box and the smell is incredible… Dan thought they were fancy biscuits earlier though - he was a little disappointed 🤣🍪

It’s National Work Life Week and this week I couldn’t be more grateful that I work for myself and set my own hours.

I have just felt ‘off’ all week, exhausted, like a rung out rag as my Mum would say 😩🤣 Can’t put my finger on it, perhaps good old peri is to blame, who knows… But what I do know is that I have been able to listen to my body, take time out when needed and rest! I don’t think I have ever slept so much in the middle of the day! I mean I love a cheeky power nap but 2/3hrs?!!

So here’s to work life balance and feeling lucky that I can control mine…

Tropic gives me much needed flexibility . I am now at 6pm starting to do a bit of work after a very sleepy afternoon 💤
