As items are handmade, I can take up to 1-5 days to complete an order.

This may change during busy periods such as Mother's Day, Christmas, Easter, Bank Holidays and Weekends, there may be a slightly longer delay, please email me if you have an urgent order and I will do my best to get your order complete and delivered in time, however I cannot make any promises.

Faulty or damaged items:

If your item is damaged or faulty please contact us within 48 hours, we wil

l do our best to send a replacement as soon as possible, if we are not able to send a replacement, we will refund the item.

Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it as well as unused. This does not apply to;
Items that have been personalised,
An error has been made due to no fault of our own including spelling errors
Change of mind on a custom item
Digital downloads

Refunds

I will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular price items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges (if applicable)
I can only exchange items that are defective or damaged. If your item is faulty please send me an email at [email protected]

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning items unless item is faulty; I will cover the cost of return postage. Shipping costs are non-refundable on refunds, the cost of shipping will be remove from your refund amount.

Tomorrow we will be handing in what is now the largest cat related petition to ever be put before Parliament to 10 Downing Street. It will be accompanied by our letter signed by 69 other major cat related organisations as well as our proposals for exactly what we're asking and how such legislation could be implicated. We do not have a date for the debate as yet but we hope to get it soon. All that signed the petition should be notified by the petitions committee too. Thank you all for making this happen and standing with us fighting for cats rights 🙏 🐈 🩷

We’ve upgraded the material finish to completely eliminate annoyances of ribbon twisting the wrong way and soggy weather. Now, they hold their shape flawlessly and naturally resist water and dampness. Rain or shine, your bows are staying crisp! 💁‍♀️
