We have some major news on new retailers. We have been focused on signing new retailers and are announcing new signings today including Guess, Castore, Monsoon, Jack & Jones, Molton Brown, Brook Taverner, White Stuff, Haribo, Lindt, Superdry, Radley London, Hobbs, Phase Eight and a huge and iconic M&S, who are joining existing brands already signed: Boss, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Levis, Skechers, Clarks, Moss and Dune London amongst others making 73 in total on opening.

Newly signed eateries Pizza Express, Pret A Manger, 200 Degrees Coffee, Knoops and Slim Chickens will join already signed Wagamama and Five Guys.

Given that we need to make sure Scotch Corner looks its absolute best, with all of these retailers and more, we have a new opening date of spring 2027 and we are getting back on site building in September after we have completed some off-site works.

We are extremely pleased to announce that M&S Outlet will be opening at Scotch Corner Designer Village. It will be a massive and iconic 12,000 SqFt shop with discounts up to 60%. Extensive ranges of Womenswear, Menswear, Lingerie and Kids. Stocking lines from Autograph, Limited Collection, Indigo, Classic, Blue Harbour and many more.

We will open the first Phase with 73 top quality outlet stores, and a great choice of eateries. And then our Blue Diamond home, lifestyle and garden centre, which will be the largest in the UK, will open.

There will be a huge choice of excellent retailers with discounts up to 60% off the RRP, beautiful landscaped areas and the very best finish throughout and the best customer services, free parking and WiFi.

Our objective is to be the number one retail destination in the whole of the north of England and we will be attracting people from at least 100 miles away to come and enjoy the delights of the area. Without a doubt we will be boosting tourism and are looking forward to working with our neighbours.

We want to share some of the latest pics of the excellent progress we are making on site.
Scotch Corner Designer Village is really taking shape and already Skechers, Levi’s, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger and ProCook have upsized their stores to carry extra lines and satisfy demand.

Thank you for your patience… our objective is always to bring you the very best of the best and this is going to be the number 1 destination in the region. There will be 73 stores including Boss, Levi’s, Dune London, Costa, Moss Boss, Clark’s, Wagamama and the UK’s largest Blue Diamond home, lifestyle and garden centre. We will have more to share here soon about more brands. Due to the extra demand for space from retailers, we are taking this opportunity to rescope our build programme to accommodate them.
