- payments for none personalised items need to be made within 48 hours (unless discussed) including sale items and auctions.
- none personalised items will be posted within 3 working days and personalised items will be sent within a week.
- personalised items need to be paid in full before item is made but item wont be sent unless buyer is happy always like to keep my buyers up todate and happy
- returns-- damaged items can be returned within 14 days for full refund or new item
