We are eternally grateful for everyone’s donations to the shop over the years, but would ask please that no one attempts to drop anything off until we re-open for your own safety, to prevent interruptions for the contractors, and because we won’t have anyone in the shop to process any donations. We will keep you up to date on here with progress.

📢 Temporary Closure Notice – Guide Dogs Charity Shop (Warwick New Road)

Due to essential maintenance work on site, The Guide Dogs charity shop at The Guide Dogs Centre on Warwick New Road will be closed from 30 January until at least 23 February.

Unfortunately, this means we won’t be able to accept any donations during this period, from now until we reopen. While we’re hopeful to welcome you back on 23 February, this date isn’t guaranteed. We’ll share an update as soon as we have a confirmed reopening date.

The closure of the shop will have an impact on local income for Guide Dogs, and we truly appreciate your understanding and continued support.

Hello all,

Due to weather conditions the shop will be closed today (Friday January 9). It will also be closed on Monday and Tuesday (January 12 and 13) due to essential maintenance work in the area.



Please don’t try to visit the shop to browse our wonderful range of items, or to drop off donations in these times.



We will keep you updated if the maintenance enforced closure times should change.
