Tedlem The MerryThrought

Tedlem needed some work to his snout, paws, claws, eyes, new filling, big repair under his arm, and a new voice.
Once inside his paw, I found his original makers label and the colour of the pads to restore the original colour.
It’s always special to find that bit history and popping it back from where it was placed.

The Isle of Wight bears

These two pop over for some TLC, The Chiltern, wobble head secure ,new filling, new pads, voice and a spa.

The Merrythought needed her arm fixing. She received a new voice, and filling and spa.

As we grow old, our hair changes colour. Found a wonderful surprise…. She was once Pink 💕. She has gone home with a pink knitted dress, and a necklace containing her pink fur from her seams. The pink is so delicate and beautiful.

Small and handsome

Little chap came in for some TLC. His owner John wanted a restoration but keeping like his old self .
New Pads, new voice , secure his wobble head, fix a tear in his leg, removed dirt from his nose and a spa.
All his joint were stuck on with glue , from the manufacture which I had not seen before. This was challenging to get to the head joint to replace ..

Timmy wanting his bum made better 😉

Timmy came over to the mainland from the Isle of Wight to Rugby.

First glance he look in good condition. Unfortunately his previous owner did a home repair, pulled over his frayed body seams, causing stress on the fabric. His head and arm were sewn on to his body. A big patch of fabric on his bottom ,

To make Timmy better, new inserted seams , new joints, pads were good, just needed a claw, eye secured, weak areas in the fabric stabilised , removed his patched bum,new filling, new growler and a spa .

Timmy now back at home xx

It’s so nice to have a little restoration that wants to be purr…fect

This super Siamese cat, having no eyes and wanting a spa.

He is a Merrythought, ( as per label ) I was lucky to be able to restore him,

Those blue eyes are so piercing 💙
