If you’ve been following our story over the last 5 months you will know that we had to move due to HS2. Amie & Matt at Eastfields reached out to us and kindly offered us the use of their stable and paddocks, which we gratefully accepted.
The owners require the land back & we have until the end of December to find a suitable site to house the dogs while we secure a permanent home for the dog rescue.
The sad reality is, if we cannot find a new location in time, much loved dogs that can’t be re-homed during this period, face a death sentence if we have no where to go.
We are now frantically trying to source an alternative location which is not easy. The priority is to move the dogs to a safe & secure new home before our deadline of December 31st. Realistically, any property purchase will take a lot longer than a few weeks, so we are forced into the short term renting market for now.
If you see or know of any land/barns etc to RENT in the area please do let us know.
WHAT WE NEED:
This is what we are looking for:
- Farmland with outbuildings/barns
- Access to electric & water
- A secure yard with hardstanding
- Land to walk the dogs
- Short term lease
Abbots Bromley / Haywoods / Rugeley / Hill Ridware / Alrewas / Lichfield / Cannock / Brocton / Milford / Penkridge & surrounding areas
All the kennels are of a temporary structure so do not require planning permission.
Ideally we would love the land to come with a country property or farmhouse for us to operate from to ensure the dogs needs are attended to 24/7.
