For the past 2 years, I have been on an important journey. My weight has long been my biggest insecurity, but I decided it was time to stop just talking about it and start taking action. I took a great step forward by using weight loss medication to lose the first 5 stone. Now, ive lost another stone through exercise, making healthier food choices, and embracing my determination to keep the weight off now that im off the medication.
This really is about holding myself accountable, but if it can inspire even one person, that would be wonderful! Im committed to continuing my journey towards being healthier, fitter and more confident in myself!
