Come with me to make a very special
Memory blanket ❤️ hours of work but I think it was worth it. 168 squares + 168 squares ironed on to stabilise the fabric. Then I overlocked each and every corner, before sewing them all together. Once I finished sewing all the squares, I then backed it, overlocked the 4 sides turned it through and top stitched it, adding a memorial heart. Now it’s ready to return as a very special memory of a very loved and missed daughter who loved animal print, I hope it brings lots of precious memory’s for her ❤️🌹💔

Hi, hope you are all well and got through January, wow that was a long month.
I have been busy,say hello to my latest special memory bear and cushion. It was made for a lady whom sadly lost her dad, It is made from a shirt that he loved to wear, it brings back so many memories and a special memory for the lady as he last wore it for her birthday party.it even had a serviette in his pocket from the party, so that added to the emotions.The jumper was knitted by her mum when she was born 35 years ago, so all in all a very special bear for her to hug. The remaining bits I made a memory cushion using the pocket the serviette was in, so I’ve put it back in for more memory’s for her.
