A little look at what I have been creating today… 🩷🩵

I wanted this wall to feel creative, joyful and unmistakably Amitola. I drew the floral design by hand, adding soft shapes in my beautiful pink and blue brand colours.

There are still a few black lines to touch up, but I am so happy with how it has transformed the space. It feels wonderful to see another part of my vision for the workshop come to life—and I love how the mirror now looks as though it belongs within the artwork.

Inspired by the magnificent peacocks that roam through Ruthin, each handcrafted resin pocket hug captures their beautiful sapphire, emerald and golden colours.

Presented in a delicate organza bag with its own display card, every hug also comes with The Kings of Ruthin poem on the reverse—a little piece of Ruthin to treasure or gift. 💙💚

Today, my beautiful Mum would have been 79. ❤️

Not a day goes by that I don’t think of her. She had a heart of gold, a generous spirit, and an incredible gift for making everyone feel welcome and loved. She inspired so many people, and I feel incredibly grateful to have called her my Mum.

The name Amitola is my tribute to her. It honours her wool shop, where shelves were filled with every colour imaginable, and the rainbow that reminds me of the warmth, creativity, and joy she brought into the lives of others.

Her love continues to inspire everything I do. I hope that, in some small way, the kindness, care, and colourful spirit she shared with the world lives on through Amitola.

Happy Heavenly Birthday, Mum. You are deeply loved, forever missed, and always with me. 🌈❤️
