Wow wow wow, first time and most definitely won’t be the last Houghton Festival you were dusty and hot 🔥 but the ear biscuits kept me going!👂🍪

Also so cool to see so many female DJs absolutely smashing it.

From meeting Regina the rave cow, making loads of friends and discovering new DJs that I’m absolutely obsessed with I remembered what this thing called life is all about. I hope everyone that got sweets from liked them!

Even had a customer approach me at the bar asking if I was CBD BY THE SEA - I felt like a celebrity! Haha thank you Dan for coming up to me and saying how lovely my products are, I was riding on that high most of the day 😀 sometimes it’s hard to remember your own value when life gets hard.

A fabulous set by the ever consistent Ste Roberts to start off the festival. Good vibes 😎

The Pavillon at night and during sunrise sets was so beautiful 😍 being amongst the trees 🌲

Derren Smart stage had constantly good tunes, was hard to walk away from it especially as you had to walk past it 🤣

FINALLY got to see my favourite dj in the flesh Objekt in the warehouse for some mind bending moody tunes. Proper naughty! Pure head down and dancing for over 2 hours straight without even realising it. Going solo really gave me the freedom to do what I wanted and I did! 😁

I saw this walking along bottle alley the other day and it’s really got me thinking…

I’ve always believed that life is a dance between opposites.

Light and dark.
Work and fun.
Giving and receiving.
Yin and yang.

Balance isn’t about perfection—it’s about finding your way back to the centre, again and again.

Nature has always understood this. And so has the human body.

Within us is something called the endocannabinoid system—a remarkable network that helps support homeostasis, our body’s natural state of balance. It’s quietly working behind the scenes every day, helping us adapt to life’s constant changes.

This is one of the reasons I love CBD. Rather than overriding the body, I see it as supporting what our bodies are already designed to do—maintain balance.

This little tin was never meant to become a business—it started with my sister. ❤️

She’s autistic and struggled with very dry, uncomfortable skin. We found that many of the creams she was prescribed just weren’t working for her, so I set out to create a gentle, plant-based alternative that focused on nourishing and protecting her skin.

What began as something made with love for one person has now become a favourite for so many others dealing with dry, thirsty skin.

Gottwood so nice gotta post it twice! Still running off the absolutely pure energy and love from the crew. I feel rejuvenated and happy in a way I’ve never felt before. Lucky to be able to support my friends (now my family) who are not only wicked at what they do and love it, but in every set you all give us a lil piece of you - and I’ll cherish it forever. For all my dancing kings and queens I hope we get to dance together forever ♾️
