Love Lush Gifts can become extremely busy, we receive multiple orders daily whilst at the same time finalising completed orders for collection or delivery. Even though it is extremely rare, we always notify our customers of any delays with their orders. Keeping our customers informed is a priority at Love Lush Gifts. We send confirmation of your completed order requesting payment in full (which is required) 24 hrs before your gift is ready for either collection, local delivery 0r courier/postal delivery. Customers who paid in advance or have a preferred arrangement agreed and confirmed by us will also receive confirmation.
