🌴 FYI… I’m off! 🌴

I’ll be away from Calbourne Cottage for the next week, enjoying a very well-earned holiday with my husband. 🥰❤️

But no need to worry… the Cottage will be in the very capable hands of the wonderful Venita, Les and Jo. 💕 I know they’ll look after everything beautifully while I’m away!

I’m hoping that when I return, all the hard work next door will be done and all I’ll have to do is make it pretty! 😆😂

I couldn’t quite bring myself to paint over them, so the stripes are staying! 😍

This little telephone/side table has had a brand-new lease of life, painted using Frenchic Paint:

✨ Exciting times here at Calbourne Cottage ✨

We’ve made some headway in the next unit, and things are starting to take shape.

Thanks to Les and his trusty hoover, along with his rather impressive wall-building skills. Where he finds all this shiplap, I honestly don’t know 🤣

Jo has already been handy with the paintbrush again, so it’s definitely starting to feel like a Calbourne Cottage project.

We also know our wonderful Venita cannot wait to get organising and setting out our very own kitchen and storage area… all the while dotting diamonds and decoupaging any piece of white china she can get her hands on 😂

I, meanwhile, am looking forward to filling the new space with new, antique, vintage and retro homewares, along with plenty more of our upcycled pieces.

And there’s more… all of our display units will also be available to buy, either pre or post glow-up, so if you’ve got a project in mind, keep your eyes peeled.

Lastly, as we expand, we’ll be looking for more wonderful crafters and traders to join us.

It’s all starting to come together, and we can’t wait to show you what we’re creating.
