💚🖤💙 Every style of trailer cover is available in blue, green and black so that your trailer can look smart whilst still being protected.
⭐ In order to secure your trailer cover whilst in transit we have added rust proof solid brass eyelets to the hems and supplied strong 8mm black shock cord as standard.
⭐ The heavy duty shock cord is provided as one length for you to cut to your exact requirements if necessary.
⭐ CoverIT trailer covers have quality, durability and ease of use in mind.
⭐ Continuous hems are added around the whole trailer cover for standard or ramp tailgate trailers.
⭐ This ties together each side of the cover to make it stronger at the corners.
⭐ All ladder rack holes have tarpaulin binding around them.
⭐ This will reduce wear if the cover rubs against the metal posts during transit.
⭐ Opening back/front covers have velcro® that is self adhesive and is also sewn on down both edges.
⭐ This means that over time there is no issues with the velcro® coming away.
⭐ Any open side edges of the cover have tarpaulin binding down their length to again protect against wear.

A proper trailer service should be much more than a quick check followed by a verbal “everything looks OK.”

Not every workshop provides a detailed service sheet, but every trailer serviced by us receives a comprehensive written record showing exactly what has been inspected, serviced, adjusted, lubricated, repaired or replaced.

My service sheet records important information including:

✅ Trailer make, model, serial number and axle details
✅ Tyre age, size, pressure, tread depth and condition
✅ Correct torque settings throughout the trailer
✅ Brake condition, cleaning and adjustment
✅ Brake cables, bearings, hubs and suspension
✅ Hitch, damper and breakaway cable
✅ Chassis, floor, bodywork and fittings
✅ Lights, wiring and electrical components
✅ Parts repaired or replaced

All of this information is compiled into a professional service sheet, kept securely on record for future reference and sent directly to the customer as a PDF document.

This provides a valuable maintenance history for the trailer, allows previous findings to be checked at future services and gives the owner clear evidence that the work has been completed properly. It can also be useful when managing a fleet or selling the trailer in the future.

Customer-Made, Waterproof Vehicle Trailer Covers Made in the UK

I want my customers to get the best quality product, with the service that you expect, all for the right price.

We have customers based all over the UK and we are very proud of our products.

We are based in North Yorkshire and we manufacture our covers using UK-based suppliers.

I have taken time to think about the products and how best to make them so they are durable and have reinforcement in the places where strain will occur.

Our team can create PVC trailer covers for livestock trailers, flatbeds, box trailers and more.

Each cover is made with high quality tarpaulin and then sewn using UV resistant thread that will not rot.

When hems are added to our standard or ramp tailgate covers, they are continuous around the whole cover tying together all the sides to make it stronger.

On opening back/front covers the Velcro® is self adhesive but is also sewn on down both edges so that over time there are no issues with the Velcro® coming away.

Our team specialises in crafting premium PVC trailer covers for a diverse range of applications, including livestock trailers, flatbeds, box trailers, and more.

Each cover is meticulously manufactured using high-quality tarpaulin and reinforced with UV-resistant thread to ensure durability and longevity.

The addition of hems to our standard or ramp tailgate covers provides an added layer of strength, as they are continuously sewn around the entire cover to secure all sides.

On our opening back and front covers, the Velcro® is both self-adhesive and sewn along both edges to prevent detachment over time.

The side edges of the cover feature tarpaulin binding to protect against wear and tear. Our opening front cover design ensures that the front panel remains secure, with the two side panels folding underneath it to withstand the force of the slipstream during travel.

Conversely, the back panel is designed to prevent the sides from being ripped open by the slipstream. We also reinforce ladder rack holes with tarpaulin binding to reduce wear and tear.

Solid brass eyelets, spaced approximately 30cm apart, are used to prevent rust and ensure a secure fit.

Finally, we provide 8mm shock cord as standard to provide added strength and stability during transportation.
