Here are the details of the Happy Soul workshops happening over the Cosy Season! These will be wonderful opportunities to get together with friends, work colleagues, groups. This could even be your early Christmas gift to yourself before it all gets a bit bonkers!!!

One happy bunny right there! I’ve been a little unwell for the last week so hadn’t been in the sea. I jumped out of my bed at the crack of sparrows yesterday morning to meet a friend down on South Bay. We were treated to such a glorious sunrise & a beautifully gentle sea. Thanks Mumma Nature for the nervous system reset. 💚 Happy Days 💚

I’ve had a great morning slowing down, taking my sweet time & visiting just a few of Scarborough’s great coffee shops. Workshop dates are being confirmed, seating plans are being drawn & beautiful connections are being made. I will share the details really soon. In the meantime just enjoy this view from where I met with Claire today. 💚 Happy Days 💚
