Working in a hotel that's open 24/7 meant careful planning was essential. By working closely with the client, we completed the installation in just 4 days, carrying out the work in sections to minimise disruption to the staff and guests.

For this project, our team:
✔️ Uplifted and removed the existing flooring
✔️ Prepared the subfloor with SP101 plywood
✔️ Installed luxury vinyl tile (LVT) in a stunning herringbone design
✔️ Used a high-temperature adhesive to suit the large glass-fronted areas
✔️ Finished the installation with premium door bars and new entrance matting

The result is a stylish, durable floor that's built to withstand the demands of a busy commercial environment while making a great first impression.
