Meanwhile, I’m more scared of accepting that feeling unlike yourself is just “normal” in perimenopause. 💙

Bc apparently we’re supposed to find it comforting when we hear…

“Feeling exhausted is just part of getting older.”

“Your body is changing. You just have to accept it.”

“It’s normal. You just have to get on with it.”

Ok? So?

Feeling exhausted is common.
Poor sleep is common.
Feeling uncomfortable in your body is common.
Losing confidence and wondering where the hell YOU went is common.

That’s normal too.

But I don’t want that either.

The fact something is common has never made it something I want to settle for.

If anything, it makes me ask:

“But does it have to stay this way?” 👀

Bc I don’t want to just survive perimenopause.

I want to feel stronger.
I want more energy.
I want to understand my body instead of fighting it.
I want routines that fit around REAL LIFE.
I want to move because it feels good, not because I’m punishing myself.

And more than anything…

I want to feel like ME again. 💙

And if someone thinks that’s asking for too much…

Honestly?

I don’t give a damn. 😭

Because I know there are women feeling exactly the same.

Women who are done with extreme diets, punishing workouts and constantly feeling like they need to fix themselves.

Women who want to understand what’s happening, make small changes and feel more in control again.

And if you’re reading this thinking…

“YESSSSS THANK YOU.”

Yep.

You’re my kind of woman. 😛

That’s exactly who my 12 Week Perimenopause First Steps™ Programme is for.

No perfection.
No complete life overhaul.

Just weekly 1:1 coaching, personalised support, practical tools, worksheets and accountability to help you figure out what actually works for YOU.

You don’t need to become your old self.

You need to learn how to support the woman you are now. 💙

Feeling unlike yourself might be common. Accepting it as your only option doesn’t have to be.

👇 DM me “CASE STUDY” if you’re ready to start feeling more like YOU again. 😛🔥

What if the woman you’re trying so hard to get back to… isn’t actually the woman you’re meant to become? 💙

For a long time, I thought transformation meant changing how I looked.

And losing weight changed a LOT for me.

But my journey started much deeper than that.

I had spent years carrying deep-rooted childhood and adulthood trauma — things that shaped how I saw myself and showed up in the world.

I knew I wanted something different.

So I started working on myself.

I changed my relationship with food.
I lost weight.
I started moving my body.
I discovered running.
I rebuilt my confidence.

And slowly, I started becoming someone I recognised again.

Then something unexpected happened…

Perimenopause.

Suddenly, my body was changing again.

My energy changed.
My symptoms changed.
The way I felt in myself changed.

And I found myself asking:

“What the hell is happening to me?”

At first, I thought I needed to get back to the woman I had been.

But I realised…

I didn’t need to go backwards.

I needed to understand who I was now.

That meant listening to my body instead of fighting it.

Making small changes instead of trying to fix everything overnight.

Looking at the bigger picture — nutrition, movement, sleep, mindset, routines and lifestyle.

And eventually, that journey led me somewhere I never expected…

A complete career change into coaching. 💙

Because everything I’d learned made me realise how many women are walking around feeling like something is wrong with them.

Feeling stuck.
Disconnected.
Wondering if this is just how life is now.

And I know what it feels like to rebuild yourself.

Not because I have everything figured out.

But because I’ve had to find my way through some pretty difficult seasons too.

So if you’re there right now, please hear me:

You don’t have to become your old self again.

You don’t have to fix everything at once.

Start with one small step.

Because sometimes the biggest transformation isn’t becoming who you used to be.

It’s becoming the woman you are now. 💙

If you feel like you’ve lost yourself somewhere along the way, tell me:

What would “feeling like YOU again” look like for you? 👇

💙 HOPE YOU CAN JOIN US TOMORROW FOR THRIVE LIVE! 💙

☕ Thursday | 10am

This week, chosen topic we're talking about:

Perimenopause & Relationships ❤️

Perimenopause can affect more than just our bodies. It can change how we feel, how we communicate, how much socialising we can manage and how much space we need.

Tomorrow we'll have a real conversation about:

✨ Feeling misunderstood or withdrawn
✨ Why we might need more space
✨ What support can actually look like
✨ Communicating what we need
✨ Setting boundaries without guilt
✨ And perhaps most importantly… our relationship with ourselves

I'll also be sharing a little of my own experience and what I've learnt along the way.

So grab your cuppa, come as you are and let's have a chat. 💙

Thursday at 10am inside Thrive - The Perimenopause Sisterhood...... Be seen Be Supported Be You

Hope you can join us! 💙

“I just want to feel like me again.” 💙

If you’ve thought this during perimenopause, I want you to know…

I’ve thought it too.

For a long time, I felt like I was losing the version of me I’d worked so hard to reclaim.

I’d lost weight.
I’d started running.
I’d rebuilt my confidence.

Then perimenopause came along and suddenly my body felt different, my energy felt different and I didn’t quite feel like me anymore.

I remember wondering…

“Is this just who I am now?”
“Do I just have to accept feeling like this?”
“Where has the old me gone?”

But over the last couple of years, I’ve realised something.

Maybe she hasn’t gone.

Maybe she’s evolving. 💙

I stopped trying to fight my body and started paying attention to what it was telling me.

I became more symptom-aware.

I started making small changes.

Not trying to overhaul my entire life.
Not chasing perfection.

Just figuring out what worked for me, my body and the life I have now.

And then came the Great North Run. 🏅

Crossing that finish line with a half marathon PB, easier recovery and very little fatigue gave me a moment I’ll never forget.

That little…

“THERE I AM!” 😊

Knowing I was running faster times than I was pre-perimenopause made it even more special.

Because it wasn’t really about the run.

It was proof that I hadn’t lost myself.

I’d just had to learn how to support this version of me differently.

Maybe the goal isn’t to get your old self back.

Maybe it’s to discover who you are now.

The evolved version.

The one who understands her body, knows what she needs and starts working with herself.

My moment came when I crossed that finish line. 💙

Where would you like to be when you have your own “I feel like me again” moment? 👇

And if you’re thinking “I want that moment, but I don’t know where to start”…

I’m looking for ONE woman to join me as a case study for my 12 Week Perimenopause First Steps™ Programme.

RESET → REBUILD → THRIVE, with weekly 1:1 coaching, personalised support, practical tools, worksheets and accountability.

Small steps. Realistic changes. Support that fits around your REAL life. 💙

DM me “CASE STUDY” and let’s chat. 😘

Feeling overwhelmed by perimenopause happens.

We’ve all had days where you’re exhausted, your sleep has been rubbish, your brain is running on 2% and you’re thinking, “I cannot deal with one more thing.”

That’s normal.

What’s NOT normal is letting that become your entire approach to looking after yourself.

Another morning grabbing whatever’s easiest because you’re rushing out the door.

Another day putting off movement because you’re too tired.

Another evening realising you’ve spent the whole day looking after everyone else.

Another promise that you’ll sort it all out properly on Monday.

Then Monday arrives, life is still busy, you’re still exhausted and suddenly it’s “I’ll start next week.”

Sound familiar? 👀

Look…I’m saying it because somebody needs to

👉 It’s not enough.

Not if you’re serious about feeling stronger, more energised and more like YOU again.

Because looking after yourself isn’t something you squeeze in when everything else is done.

YOU are part of the picture.

How you eat, move, sleep and structure your days all matters.

And if you’re already juggling a busy life, responsibilities and low energy, I really do get it.

But that isn’t magically going to disappear next week.

Life will still be busy.

People will still need you.

Your energy won’t always be predictable.

Unless you actually change the way you approach the problem.

Which is exactly why I created the 12 Week Perimenopause First Steps™ Programme.

RESET → REBUILD → THRIVE.

Weekly 1:1 coaching, personalised support, practical tools, worksheets and accountability.

It’s not another rigid diet or a list of things you should be doing.

It’s about understanding what’s happening, knowing where to start and making small, realistic changes across nutrition, movement and lifestyle that fit around your REAL life.

So you can spend less energy wondering “What the hell am I supposed to be doing?”

And more energy living your life and feeling like YOU again. 🤍

Comment/DM “CASE STUDY” + I’ll send you the deets 😘

I went from wondering “what the hell is happening to me?”…

To losing weight, starting running, changing jobs and feeling more like myself again. 💅

Not because I “made it”.

But because I stopped trying to change everything at once and started making changes I could actually live with.

We didn’t overcomplicate it.

We kept it simple.

RESET.

REBUILD.

THRIVE.

12 weeks.

Weekly 1:1 coaching.

Personalised support.

Practical tools, worksheets and accountability.

And a focus on small changes across nutrition, movement, mindset, sleep, routines and lifestyle.

The 12 weeks aren’t the finish line.

They’re the foundation.

Because the goal isn’t to follow another plan perfectly for a few weeks…

It’s to understand what works for YOU so you can keep building from there.

📌 Save this post if you’re here to feel stronger, more energised and more in control — not just survive your way through perimenopause. 🤍

For a long time, I thought finding myself again meant finding the old me.

But actually… I’ve realised it’s something different. ❤️

Perimenopause has changed my body.
It’s changed the way I do things.
I’ve had to slow down, listen to myself and make changes I never expected to make.

But somewhere along the way, I started to recognise ME again.

The confidence.
The energy.
The enjoyment.
That feeling of “this is who I am.”

And when I really reflected on it, it almost feels like I’ve got the old me back…

Not because my body is the same.

Not because I do everything the same way.

But because of how I feel inside.

I think that’s the bit I didn’t realise I was searching for. 🥹

This clip is a little piece of my personal journey, and why I believe finding the new you in perimenopause doesn’t mean losing everything you were before.

Sometimes, it’s about discovering a version of yourself that feels like YOU again — just in a different body, with a different perspective and a whole lot more self-awareness.

If any of this resonates with you, come and join the conversation inside Thrive – the Perimenopause Sisterhood. 🌸

A space to Be Seen. Be Supported. Be You.

I’ll never forget realising that the number on the scales wasn’t telling me the full story.

No perfect routine.

No overnight transformation.

No magic fix.

What was actually happening was much more important.

I was learning to understand my body.

I was making small changes to my nutrition, movement and lifestyle.

And then I started feeling stronger, more confident and more in control.

Because your weight doesn’t always tell you what’s happening underneath.

You might not see the scales move.

You might still have days where your symptoms are frustrating.

You might not feel like you’re “making progress” at all 👀

But when you start understanding your body and consistently supporting it…

That’s when meaningful change starts to happen.

And I know this because I lived it.

I lost weight.

I started running.

I changed jobs.

But the biggest change wasn’t a number.

It was finally understanding what my body needed.

So if you’re measuring feeling better in perimenopause by the scales alone?

You’re measuring the wrong thing.

Your body isn’t necessarily failing because the number hasn’t changed.

There may be a whole lot happening beneath the surface.

Look at:

👉 How your energy feels
👉 How strong and capable you feel
👉 Whether your habits are becoming easier to maintain
👉 Whether you feel more in control of your choices

I don’t make changes for a smaller number on the scales.

I make changes to feel better in my body and my life.

Because a number can tell you your weight.

It can’t tell you how much more like YOU you feel.

If you want to feel stronger, more energised and more in control, stop judging your progress by the scales alone.

Start paying attention to what your body is telling you instead 👑

That’s how real progress happenssss 🚀🤍

People love to think helping women through perimenopause comes down to knowing all the right information about hormones and symptoms.

And yes - understanding perimenopause matters.

But the reason I’m able to help women feel more in control and more like themselves?

It started way before coaching ever entered the chat.

It’s because I…

💙 I know what it feels like to not understand your own body.

I’ve lived through wondering why I suddenly didn’t feel like myself anymore. So I don’t approach women with “just do this.” I understand how frustrating it is when your body seems to have changed the rules.

✨ I believe small changes beat trying to change everything.

I’m all for taking action, BUT I don’t believe you need to overhaul your life to feel better.

I look at what can actually work around YOUR life - because if it only works when life is perfect, it isn’t sustainable.

🏃‍♀️ I changed my own life by doing the things I now talk about.

I lost weight, started running and changed jobs.

Not because I suddenly became a different person.

Because I started making changes I could actually live with. That experience is a huge part of why I believe in sustainable change.

💅 I refuse to tell women they’re broken.

Your body isn’t the problem.

You don’t need another person telling you to eat less, exercise more and try harder.

You need to understand what’s happening and learn how to support yourself.

🩷 I care about the whole woman, not just the symptom.

Nutrition matters.
Movement matters.
Sleep matters.
Mindset, routines and lifestyle matter too.

Because it’s the bigger picture that helps create change that actually lasts.

Call it lived experience. Call it small steps. Call it looking at the whole picture. Call it whatever you want - it’s the reason I coach the way I do.

And if you’re tired of feeling like something is wrong with you, tired of trying everything and ready to understand what actually works for HER - you’re exactly where you need to be.

Follow me and I’ll show you exactly how to make small, realistic changes that help you feel stronger, more energised and more like YOU again 🤍
