Lisa Palmer - The Regain & Reclaim Perimenopause Coach Hi, Im Lisa Palmer | The Regain & Reclaim Perimenopause Coach.

I help women overwhelmed by perimenopause symptoms like hot flushes, brain fog & low energy regain confidence feel strong & excited about what's next......

20/09/2026

Feeling overwhelmed by perimenopause happens.

We’ve all had days where you’re exhausted, your sleep has been rubbish, your brain is running on 2% and you’re thinking, “I cannot deal with one more thing.”

That’s normal.

What’s NOT normal is letting that become your entire approach to looking after yourself.

Another morning grabbing whatever’s easiest because you’re rushing out the door.

Another day putting off movement because you’re too tired.

Another evening realising you’ve spent the whole day looking after everyone else.

Another promise that you’ll sort it all out properly on Monday.

Then Monday arrives, life is still busy, you’re still exhausted and suddenly it’s “I’ll start next week.”

Sound familiar? 👀

Look…I’m saying it because somebody needs to

👉 It’s not enough.

Not if you’re serious about feeling stronger, more energised and more like YOU again.

Because looking after yourself isn’t something you squeeze in when everything else is done.

YOU are part of the picture.

How you eat, move, sleep and structure your days all matters.

And if you’re already juggling a busy life, responsibilities and low energy, I really do get it.

But that isn’t magically going to disappear next week.

Life will still be busy.

People will still need you.

Your energy won’t always be predictable.

Unless you actually change the way you approach the problem.

Which is exactly why I created the 12 Week Perimenopause First Steps™ Programme.

RESET → REBUILD → THRIVE.

Weekly 1:1 coaching, personalised support, practical tools, worksheets and accountability.

It’s not another rigid diet or a list of things you should be doing.

It’s about understanding what’s happening, knowing where to start and making small, realistic changes across nutrition, movement and lifestyle that fit around your REAL life.

So you can spend less energy wondering “What the hell am I supposed to be doing?”

And more energy living your life and feeling like YOU again. 🤍

Comment/DM “CASE STUDY” + I’ll send you the deets 😘

I went from wondering “what the hell is happening to me?”…

To losing weight, starting running, changing jobs and feeling more like myself again. 💅

Not because I “made it”.

But because I stopped trying to change everything at once and started making changes I could actually live with.

We didn’t overcomplicate it.

We kept it simple.

RESET.

REBUILD.

THRIVE.

12 weeks.

Weekly 1:1 coaching.

Personalised support.

Practical tools, worksheets and accountability.

And a focus on small changes across nutrition, movement, mindset, sleep, routines and lifestyle.

The 12 weeks aren’t the finish line.

They’re the foundation.

Because the goal isn’t to follow another plan perfectly for a few weeks…

It’s to understand what works for YOU so you can keep building from there.

📌 Save this post if you’re here to feel stronger, more energised and more in control — not just survive your way through perimenopause. 🤍

For a long time, I thought finding myself again meant finding the old me.

But actually… I’ve realised it’s something different. ❤️

Perimenopause has changed my body.
It’s changed the way I do things.
I’ve had to slow down, listen to myself and make changes I never expected to make.

But somewhere along the way, I started to recognise ME again.

The confidence.
The energy.
The enjoyment.
That feeling of “this is who I am.”

And when I really reflected on it, it almost feels like I’ve got the old me back…

Not because my body is the same.

Not because I do everything the same way.

But because of how I feel inside.

I think that’s the bit I didn’t realise I was searching for. 🥹

This clip is a little piece of my personal journey, and why I believe finding the new you in perimenopause doesn’t mean losing everything you were before.

Sometimes, it’s about discovering a version of yourself that feels like YOU again — just in a different body, with a different perspective and a whole lot more self-awareness.

If any of this resonates with you, come and join the conversation inside Thrive – the Perimenopause Sisterhood. 🌸

I’ll never forget realising that the number on the scales wasn’t telling me the full story.

No perfect routine.

No overnight transformation.

No magic fix.

What was actually happening was much more important.

I was learning to understand my body.

I was making small changes to my nutrition, movement and lifestyle.

And then I started feeling stronger, more confident and more in control.

Because your weight doesn’t always tell you what’s happening underneath.

You might not see the scales move.

You might still have days where your symptoms are frustrating.

You might not feel like you’re “making progress” at all 👀

But when you start understanding your body and consistently supporting it…

That’s when meaningful change starts to happen.

And I know this because I lived it.

I lost weight.

I started running.

I changed jobs.

But the biggest change wasn’t a number.

It was finally understanding what my body needed.

So if you’re measuring feeling better in perimenopause by the scales alone?

You’re measuring the wrong thing.

Your body isn’t necessarily failing because the number hasn’t changed.

There may be a whole lot happening beneath the surface.

Look at:

👉 How your energy feels
👉 How strong and capable you feel
👉 Whether your habits are becoming easier to maintain
👉 Whether you feel more in control of your choices

I don’t make changes for a smaller number on the scales.

I make changes to feel better in my body and my life.

Because a number can tell you your weight.

It can’t tell you how much more like YOU you feel.

If you want to feel stronger, more energised and more in control, stop judging your progress by the scales alone.

Start paying attention to what your body is telling you instead 👑

That’s how real progress happenssss 🚀🤍

People love to think helping women through perimenopause comes down to knowing all the right information about hormones and symptoms.

And yes - understanding perimenopause matters.

But the reason I’m able to help women feel more in control and more like themselves?

It started way before coaching ever entered the chat.

It’s because I…

💙 I know what it feels like to not understand your own body.

I’ve lived through wondering why I suddenly didn’t feel like myself anymore. So I don’t approach women with “just do this.” I understand how frustrating it is when your body seems to have changed the rules.

✨ I believe small changes beat trying to change everything.

I’m all for taking action, BUT I don’t believe you need to overhaul your life to feel better.

I look at what can actually work around YOUR life - because if it only works when life is perfect, it isn’t sustainable.

🏃‍♀️ I changed my own life by doing the things I now talk about.

I lost weight, started running and changed jobs.

Not because I suddenly became a different person.

Because I started making changes I could actually live with. That experience is a huge part of why I believe in sustainable change.

💅 I refuse to tell women they’re broken.

Your body isn’t the problem.

You don’t need another person telling you to eat less, exercise more and try harder.

You need to understand what’s happening and learn how to support yourself.

🩷 I care about the whole woman, not just the symptom.

Nutrition matters.
Movement matters.
Sleep matters.
Mindset, routines and lifestyle matter too.

Because it’s the bigger picture that helps create change that actually lasts.

Call it lived experience. Call it small steps. Call it looking at the whole picture. Call it whatever you want - it’s the reason I coach the way I do.

And if you’re tired of feeling like something is wrong with you, tired of trying everything and ready to understand what actually works for HER - you’re exactly where you need to be.

Follow me and I’ll show you exactly how to make small, realistic changes that help you feel stronger, more energised and more like YOU again 🤍

Everyone keeps telling women in perimenopause they need to “eat less and exercise more” 👀

Cut the calories.
Do more cardio.
Try harder to stay on track.

And honestly? It’s exhausting.

Because I know this one personally.

I was trying to understand why I didn’t feel like myself anymore.

A busy life.
A body changing through perimenopause.
Very little spare energy.

I was trying… but it wasn’t working the way I wanted.

I didn’t need another extreme diet.
I didn’t need hours of exercise.
And I definitely didn’t need another Monday morning of:

“Right, this time I’m doing EVERYTHING.” 🤣

I needed to understand what my body actually needed.

So I started looking at the bigger picture.

✨ Understanding my symptoms
✨ Supporting my body differently
✨ Making changes to nutrition, movement and lifestyle
✨ Creating habits I could actually sustain

And slowly, things started to change.

I lost weight.
I started running.
I changed jobs.

But more importantly, I stopped constantly trying to “fix” myself and started understanding my body.

I stopped asking:

“What’s wrong with me?”

And started asking:

“What is my body trying to tell me?”

And THAT changed everything. 💙

So if you’re exhausted from trying different diets, workouts and quick fixes, please know this:

You’re not lazy.
You’re not broken.
You may simply be trying to solve the wrong problem.

And this is exactly why I’m looking for ONE woman to join me as a case study for my 12 Week Perimenopause First Steps™ Programme ✨

A 12-week journey through RESET, REBUILD & THRIVE, with weekly 1:1 coaching, personalised support, practical tools, worksheets and accountability.

We’ll focus on small, realistic changes that fit around your REAL life — helping you understand your symptoms, support your body and start feeling more like YOU again.

No extreme diets.
No punishing workouts.
No trying to change everything overnight.

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed or simply don’t know where to start…

👉 DM “CASE STUDY” and let’s chat 😘

They told her to just accept feeling exhausted, overwhelmed and unlike herself.
That her changing body was something she simply had to get through.
That this was just what getting older looked like.

And no — we didn’t rebuild this journey to prove them wrong.

We built it so she could finally prove herself right.

Because the people who doubt what’s possible for you now?

They’re the ones who’ll be saying “look at you now” later.

And nothing feels better than waking up and realising you actually feel stronger, more confident and more in control of your own life.

She lost weight.
She started running.
She changed jobs.
She rebuilt her confidence.

Not revenge.

But damn, doesn’t it feel good 🍾💅

This is your reminder: you don’t need someone else to tell you that you’re allowed to want more.

You need to start listening to YOU.

Understanding what your body is asking for.
Taking the small steps that fit your REAL life.
And stopping the endless cycle of starting again every Monday.

Because perimenopause doesn’t mean the best parts of you are behind you.

There is still SO much life ahead. 💙

And sometimes the biggest transformation starts with simply deciding:

“I’m not accepting this as my new normal.”

Save this post for the days you need the reminder 🥂

Shoot me — not everything is a perimenopause problem

Not every bad day is a hormone problem

Not every lack of motivation is a sign that something is wrong

Sometimes, you’re just putting yourself last

And I say that with love

And receipts

Because I rebuilt how I live with

👉A life that was constantly on the go
👉Work in fast-paced environments
👉A habit of putting everyone else first
👉Trying to keep everything moving at once

Did it make things harder? Absolutely

Did it stop me? Nope 💅

What I see right now is women becoming VERY good at explaining why they don’t have the time, energy or headspace to look after themselves.

Everything has a reason

And this might sound harsh but sometimes we can spend so much time explaining the problem that we forget to actually change something.

👉“I’m too busy”
👉“I’ll start when things calm down”
👉“I just need more motivation”
👉“Everyone else needs me”
👉“I’ll have more time next week”

The list is infinite

And yes

It’s all real

Sometimes it IS the thing in the way

But most of the time

It’s not a lack of time

It’s the belief that you need to have everything else sorted first

That you believe you need to have more time, more energy, more motivation and fewer demands

Before you actually make yourself a priority

👉That belief is what’s costing you the most

I’m not here to dismiss how demanding life can be

I respect that you have work, family, responsibilities and people who need you

But I will not tell you that putting yourself last is the only option

Because there will always be something

Another busy week

Another appointment

Another person needing you

Another reason to wait

You just have to stop waiting for life to become perfectly quiet

You don’t need to feel motivated to start looking after yourself

You need to decide that you matter in the middle of real life

And that small changes count, even when everything isn’t perfect

You don’t need a whole new life. You need to start creating space for YOU in the one you already have. 💙

👉 lmk in the comments if you’re thinking “ouch… but I needed that” 😴

Perimenopause is just something you have to put up with” is just the story people tell when they don’t want to look at what they CAN change.

Because if feeling awful was actually inevitable:

👉 small lifestyle changes wouldn’t matter
👉 understanding your symptoms wouldn’t matter
👉 learning what works for YOUR body wouldn’t matter

And yet… so many women are still trying to solve everything with another diet, another supplement or simply trying harder.

They’re cutting more food.
They’re doing more exercise.
👉 And wondering why they feel even more exhausted.

Your body isn’t a problem you need to punish into submission.

Your symptoms aren’t a personal failure.

And feeling better doesn’t require you to turn perimenopause into another full-time job.

The difference is learning how to support your body without making your life harder.

And that’s actually good news.

Because if most people are trying to do EVERYTHING at once…

Then taking the right small steps puts you way ahead.

You don’t need another extreme diet.

You don’t need another 5am workout.

You just need to understand what your body needs and build simple habits that work around your REAL life. 💙

If this made you feel seen instead of judged, you’ll like it here.

👉 follow me if you’re a busy woman navigating perimenopause who wants to feel stronger, more energised and back in control — I create content every day that shows you how to take those first small steps 😛
