Did you know there is a subtle but significant difference between Goth and Gothic?

Do you make new year resolutions?

I admit I used to but could never stick to them for long. This year I have simple intentions,. To be kind and compassionate to myself and others and practice daily gratitude for little comforts such as enjoying a nice cuppa.

I can hardly believe this was recorded over a year ago, my "little" marketing star...

Have you any novel present ideas that a 14 year old would love as a temptation? In fact for any occasion. It seems to get harder to buy for both my boys as they get older, perhaps its just my grey cells aging 🤔😂

The colder weather inspired me to share Anne Stokes Fantasy Forest artwork.

Anne made this artwork in 2019 as she was attending the fantasy forest event. Anne says

"The myth of the white stag is one that appears in many cultural tales, usually seen as an omen for things to come, or the delivery of a message from the otherworld. Here the stag combined with its magical elven rider symbolises magic being brought into the wood, and a connection of mystical forces and nature."

Good evening. When I was a child I used to love the cardboard dolls you could dress. I wonder if you can still get them? Do you have memories of cardboard toys, or perhaps crafting happily with cardboard such as toilet roll tubes?

This lovely puzzle and grow fairy treehouse reminded me of my younger days.. though this is more sophisticated.

Suitable for children aged 5 + years, build and play with your own fairy treehouse whilst learning about plants, planting caring for and watching your own little garden grow 🧚‍♀️🧚‍♂️🧚‍♀️

Good afternoon lovely people. I really miss you when I am not posting regularly. If I am honest my health has taken priority...but I am going to make an intention to be here daily.

I think its better to have an intention than saying I will then I won't be disappointing myself or you my lovely followers.

I can't believe some people have already put their trees up 🎄 But I agree its not too early to think about the festive season.

We always keep our decorations up until after the New year, with a Scottish heritage its a really valued celebration in our family.

What are your thoughts about when decorations should come down?
