A wonderful evening put together by Annmarie- ‘A Time To Pause’ a perimenopause /menopause gathering created because of her own experience & not knowing who to speak to, wanting to bring women together into a space to freely speak be heard and share.

There was no set format it just happened and it was brilliant. Proud to be part of it and to support this evening.

Even if I only remove the hair from your lip and chin, (with either waxing electrolysis or laser hair removal- get in touch for more detailed 🤣🤣) it’s about sharing experiences and everyone talking and giving their expertise even if only in a small way.

Thank you to Matt and for the wonderful space and to who was all about lifting women up and giving strength and confidence through the gym. Also side note very brave being the only male in this perimenopausal female environment 🤣🤗

Apparently if we raise some money we can wax his back next time - I think that’s considered therapeutic 🤣

Hopefully these will happen once a month so please support it and yourselves next time 🤗💖

There are many ways to remove hair and I offer them all! Waxing, electrolysis, laser - what’s your preference!
